summary of the episode:

"Henry killed his ex, Anna, and got away with it. It's been months, and he's been plagued by paranoia to the point of insanity. Henry visits Anna's grave, and as he digs up her body to catch a glimpse of her, he experiences flashbacks of slitting her wrists. However, he ultimately snaps out of it, overwhelmed by a profound sense of regret. He decides it's time to move away."
