Dear dedicated followers,

Since a lot of people Direct message this account with the question about inactivity, Live mixes that are gone etc. I sadly have to inform you all that Hans D Mayor has passed away on February 20th.. Hans his heart stopped while he was asleep. Me and a buddy where close with Hans, and the thing that he cared about from anything in the whole world was his Soundcloud account. So we will purchase a sub monthly to keep his most precious possess he had to honor Hans as a person but also as a example for many producers young and old. My first contact with Hans was ofcourse about music, discovered his Soundcloud account and spend 2 years of Lockdowns mostly providing him the music for all his mixes that you and me enjoy so much from Hans. If someone has questions, feel free to ask them in through Private Message. We ask everyone to please be patient, the mixes will come back online asap. 

Hans you will be missed, till we meet again brother.

Yow guys, welcome on my Soundcloud, i have to introduce myself, i’m Hans D Mayor aka HDM, from the south of Holland, i'm an allround dj who loves to play  Frenchcore, Hardcore, Uptempo, Terror,  Early,  Oldskool, Techno and my own style MayorCore, i try to make all kind of mixes for everybody, sorry, but i don't play hardstyle, keep smiling.

My mixes are like a fairytale, the intro starts the story and during the mix I take you on my journey to a sparkling ending, that's my style, that's how I like to play.

Biografie
Andries Zijlstra, better known as DJ Freeze, Is born and raised in Weert, a city in the south east of Netherlands. DJ Freeze started listening to the harder styles of music because of his brother Anthony Zijlstra. This all started around 1992, when they listened together to BFBS-radio. In this same period Anthony started buying the wellknown Thunderdome CDs and since then Freeze was sold to hardcore.

In 1996 Freeze started to practise his DJing a lot. With a lot of practising with records that he bought together with his best friend, Dave Maas, he improved steady. The gear they used was located at Dave’s appartment, in the year 2000 DJ Freeze bought his own turntabels and mixinggear. From that moment Freeze DJ carreer could really start off.

In 2000 Freeze formed an act with DJ Dysone. They use dto play on regular base on “Zig Zag” together with DJ Big El. Around the same period Freeze created an other DJ-Team that was called “Proximity”. Members of that team were Freeze, Adrenialin and Dysone. The Proximity team spinned on several partys but in 2003 they eventually broke up and went their own ways. The only thing that remained of the Proximity is the BSHVN Underground Movement (DJ Red Alert). Freeze has been a resident DJ there from 2003 to 2006.

In 2005 Andries participated to a DJ contest in Valkenswaard. He won the contest and got rewarded with a trip to Nature One. Later this year Freeze became resident on several clubs and events like “Hoegaardan Events”

But also for a view years in famous "Carte Blanche Weert". He been playing for 4 years non stop resident together with DJ Quickswitch & DJ R2B. Every Saturday in area 2 "Maximizer". Means a lot of his career !

DJ Freeze being booked this much it’s just a matter of time for to start spinning on big events. Mindcontroller ,7th Sundays festival, Free Festival,Hard Nature,Harmony Of Hardcore, Last World Festival,Kingsday Festival,Decade X Events,Karma Outdoor,We Love Freestyle, are a great introduction of DJ Freeze.

Freeze will show that he can play more then hardcore. Every month he will spin a set in his own style, this could be Freestyle, early hardcore. It doesn’t matter, he plays anything. Real allround artist


DJ Freeze has start in 2013 freestyle series.Pump That Pussy. Its been major populair in holland but in 2019 he started with a new freestyle podcast called "Freezestyle" you can listen at soundcloud page (DJ Freeze-Music)
DJ Terror (UK) invites freeze to host his own show at toxic sickness radio "cold as hardcore show" over the world!

In 2014 he start collabs with legion of the lost,everybody knows him as revolter. Deliver floorkillers at legendary label bzrk records "You Don't Stop" and "Summertime/Destroyer"
He has working with darkcontroller making a major floorkiller "Bangarang Bass" for 2 weeks at number 01 hardtunes top 100 (Label - Partyraiser records) and offcourse *DJ Freeze - Cold As Ice EP* and last but not least together with DJ Addicts with some freestyle tracks/bootlegs

DJ Freeze music is his heartbeat 4 ever!
