Hailing from Groningen, the Netherlands, is DJ Firetower: DJ, Producer, Founder of Palla d'Uovo, and lover of synthesizers. His music ranges from the more happy Italo Disco sounds, to the rolling basslines of Dark Disco, Neo-Italo, and Acid. His energetic presence and big arsenal of synth-heavy tunes have been spotted at bars, events and clubs throughout the Netherlands, such as KopjeK, Bordello Aperitivo, BASIS, and Happy Feelings.

As a special birthday treat, he brings you an exhilarating edit of an all-time classic. Combining modern Italo heat with old-school vocals, this up-to-date club style remix is sure to light your entire sound system and dance floor on fire. Heavy dose of cheese included.

The time has come, we hit exactly 20 years since the launch of Dirt Crew Recordings back in 2004. An incredible journey lays behind us with so many discovered artists and even more amazing tunes we first heard as demo and brought to life either on Wax, CD or Digital. As we never look back too much we decided to not give you another “Best of” but instead drop 15 brand new tunes by early and more recent artists that have released with us in these past years.

The result is a really broad spectrum of what makes up the style of the label, from Deep House to Disco and Electronica to Electro, these fifteen cuts represent the richness of dance music in our little universe. Dig into this playlist and discover the Dirt Crew sound.
