Pure energy shines through our latest compilation, where all producers gathered together for a good cause. Lockdowns and social distancing practices are slowly easing up in the luckier half of the world, yet local producers and clubs are still facing a hard ongoing period of no live shows with a non-existing club culture. As a result, web-based platforms are more important than ever.

The Lahmacun community radio is an integral part of our Budapest scene, as they provide a remarkable online platform not only to musicians and DJs, but to local broadcasters, hosts and music enthusiasts alike. Keeping up the spirit, Lahmacun radio is eager to promote and celebrate music from the local Hungarian scene and from passionate labels, collectives and communities, be it anywhere in the world.

This 20-track fundraising compilation is therefore dedicated to Lahmacun radio. It is presented by 10 local and 10 international producers, hailing from the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Greece and Israel. All of us worked and participated in this compilation to help the operation of this very important platform. All income we receive from sales of this V/A goes to support their work.

Here comes the remix package for Lowe Aka User’s Plastik Tanzen EP which came out at the beginning of this summer on Vilnius’ freshly baked label Where Were We? Sadly, stems and original project of “Nepalese Honey” track has burned down together with Lowe Aka User’s hard drive, so remixes are coming only for “Palms Boulevard” and “Tanz Botanik” tracks.

The first three versions of “Palms Boulevard” were made from already well-known and established names in Italo field: Scotsman, always on point Donald Dust, Italian, Amsterdam-based and super-prolific Daniel Monaco and back to France from Hong Kong, proper edits master Romain FX. 

Guys took rather different approaches for making their versions and all of them put their own spin on the OG. We hope that each and everyone of you will fall in love with one version or the other or maybe with all three of them, just as we did. The last version of “Tanz Botanik” comes from a local hero, Lithuanian talent and also known Italo lover Jonas aka Black Feeling. Although this version is the most housey from the whole package, we think that it compliments the entire pack very nicely. 

Euphoric italo house at it’s best!

Hands Of The Master EP is a combination of cosmic club diving to acid-esque trippin and full-blown warehouse pounding. What’s interesting in the title track is the swords percussion, hinting to a medieval trip lead by an atmosphere breathing chivalrous adventures. Spačva Forever sits on a more ominous vibe, pushing an hypnotic 3-note synth forward to its absolute limits. At the same time melancholic and uplifting - though mesmerizingly deep - in Blaspheme backed by deep kicks definitely make for another club-ready produce. ArchivOne kept his interpretation of Spačva Forever as pure and minimalist as we like to hear from
him - mind boggling hypnotizing and heaps of percussion-driven drive. T Y is our secret little surprise of the EP where he adds an absolute speaker destroyers for whatever dance floor it’s played on.
