Space-Disco-Ride ✨🪐 @Skalar Festival 2025 I Amore Versum

Wurzelfestival 2025 was a blast of Cosmic Disco again. Playtime 04.00-06.00AM on Sunday morning. It was a super fun and bouncy crowd to shake down the disco lights at the Studio54 stage. 

Also I had the chance to try out my new single "Neon Drift" for the first time - goosebumps. I hope you like the recording. 

Not perfect, but still a extravagant space rollercoaster. Enjoy listening and feel free to share it if you feel it :)

Stella Galactica is pure energy in human form. 
Her DJ sets (a bold blend of Italo, Dark Disco, and EBM) are powerful and punchy, yet always laced with love for kicks and a contagious sense of joy.
Raised on rock, Britpop, and New Wave, she found her way into electronic music through electroclash, a genre that awakened her passion for darker, groove-driven sounds.
As the lead singer and keyboardist of the electro rock band Merci Beaucoup she performed across France, as well as in the UK and Germany, over several years.
To bring all her influences together, she co-founded the Parisian collective Bovary Club.
Their nights, a mix of live shows and DJ sets, became a platform for emerging artists and attracted an audience as curious and passionate as she is.

In preparation for my Feminist Fight Day gig at Sisy, I took a dive into the swamp of 7 years of wisdom handed down to me. Unasked, of course.

"Give it your all, but don't be too much. Please the crowd, don't challenge them. But don't be boring either. Melodic house is not my thing, I like it straight and hard (pehehe, if you know what I mean). Now it's too dark. I expected you to play softer, I expected you to play feminine. Less vocals. No, more vocals, we want to sing along. Too much breakbeat. Too colourful. OMG definitely don't be artsy. No one books the artsy girl. Hey, you should listen to that one male DJ, he plays nice bangers. But not too many bangers. Can you play that banger again? Speaking of bangers, who did you bang that you're allowed to play here? Haha, just joking, but no for real, who? Why aren't you wearing a bra? Why are you wearing a bra? Show what you've got. But also be a feminist. Be hot AND political. Speak up... but not against my boy, he didn't mean it that way, you misunderstood. Stand up for other women... but not for those women, they are trouble, you don't want to be blacklisted. Please don't get drunk backstage again. Be more professional. Why are you so serious? Smile! :) Why are you so angry?"

I am angry. A really angry woman. I've decided to let it out more. And I'm learning to ignore those voices. Let them. Fuck it.

This recording is a compilation of my gigs at Sisyphos (08.03.) as well as my gigs at Südpol (04.04.) and Pratersauna (19.04.), both showcases for my fantastic Femquency collective.

Our very first time at Mit Dir Festival in Klingemühle and honestly… what a dream 💫 We arrived Thursday and didn’t leave until Sunday evening - because how could we? This place is pure magic.

From cucumber pianos 🥒🎹 to trippy art installations, playful wonderlands and full-on mini universes. Mit Dir is packed with love for the smallest details. Add some spicy Lambda Soundsystems and the most beautiful crowd imaginable and you’ve got one of the best festivals we’ve ever been to.

A friend put it best: "Everyone here is a pro!" 🫡

And yep, y’all treated our set on Saturday on the Mühlen Floor like pros too. We played to a packed floor and got everything around shaking: top to bottom, front to side.

Huge love to all the new and old Bizzarro Ultras who showed up, danced with us and screamed along. This was a very special one! 💜

Alle Jahre wieder geben das Feel und wir uns die Hand🤚.

Für Max wars das zehnte, für uns das neunte Mal. Und auch wenn sich in den Jahren Bühnen, Musik und Umstände ein wenig geändert haben, kommen wir doch immer wieder gerne an den Bergheider See zurück. Nicht mehr ganz so gehyped wie noch zu Beginn, dafür aber mit etwas mehr Gelassenheit und ja, auch mit einer Menge Nostalgie. 
So viele Erinnerungen hängen an diesem Ort. 

Auf House können wir uns auch immer einigen. Und dafür gibts auch keine Bessere Stage als den Strand 🏖️, welcher wieder von unseren liebsten Baumeistern von Into the Woods 🌲 liebevoll erbaut wurde.
