The University of St. Thomas Journal of Law & Public Policy is one of the St. Thomas School of Law’s two scholarly law journals. The Journal of Law & Public Policy is to advance the ideals embodied in the school’s mission through the exploration of conservative legal thought, public policy, and social justice.  The Journal’s Latin subtitle, Non in Legendo Sed in Intelligendo Leges Consistent, which translates into “the laws depend not on being read, but on being understood” is the guiding principle that informs the types of articles we publish and the sort of events we host.
