Planet without a plan

After a 5 year hiatus, Tel Aviv based artist Naduve, returns to Cocktail d’Amore Music with Hypogeum. Each of these tracks facilitates its own special part in the life of party. Starting off on a hypnotic and forward driven note Echo Wave Bay leads dancers perfectly into hypnosis with its trance inducing melodies which wave upward and downward. Title track Hypogeum begins to pull on the heart strings with its soft synths floating over pastel textures before giving way to the aptly titled FX Jungle, a deep trip into the low lying canopies of your imagination. Ending where we began Thursday Gem explores the same cyclical themes as Echo Wave but in a subdued fashion making it a perfect choice for winding down any raucous party.

For our 10th release and 5th anniversary, we've involved some good friends of the label whose work we greatly admire.

Greco-German power couple Local Suicide has teamed up with kindred spirit Skelesys to deliver two killer original tracks for the 'No Evidence' EP.

The title track, inspired by old detective novels, blends Local Suicide's signature dark and moody sound with Skelesys' haunting melodies and subtle grooves.

'Weird Encounters' conjures up heavy Berlin vibes (no coincidence, as all three musicians currently make the city their home), taking the listener on a girl's disorienting journey while lost at a party.

'No Evidence' gets the remix treatment from both Intergalactic Gary (Viewlexx), interpreting it as a hypnotic future classic EBM version, and Samo head honcho Facets, who offers a high-energy, arpeggiated take on the original. Anatolian Weapons (Beats in Space) deconstructs 'Weird Encounters' and transforms it into a full-on rave machine.

No Evidence is out March 4th on limited vinyl and digital.

The North of England is known for its musical prowess. Middlesbrough born Rees taps into that musical history while diving deep into lost disco, obscure wave and even the Middle East for his debut for Bordello. Three Eyes is a melting pot. Setting sail on bold beats and rumbling synthlines, Rees steers the listener through cascading chords, shimmering key shifts and serenading sirens to produce a truly unique dancefloor experience. Tjade, of Koi Jaye fame, is on remix duty. The winning formula of the original is adhered to with adjustments and ablutions guiding this interpretation. BPMs rise to give a fresh burst of energy. After the success of the first four releases, Where Were We is back with a new one. This is yet again to commemorate WWW b-day and the fact that the project is turning 4 years old this February.
Azole project hides 2 new and exciting fellas from Moscow. And their offering feels more like a complete album than just a regular EP.
Mr. Sutherland EP is an allusion to a famous Australian keyboard virtuoso with the same surname and even though keyboard solos might not be that lavish and jazzy when compared to their counterpart, they are definitely there and will take you for a dreamy ride in outer space.
Most of the track names in the album are organic and refer to the living world, so we hope that while listening to these compositions you will feel how intricately everything is interlinked not only here on planet Earth, but also in all vastness of the universe. Enjoy the trip!
