The talented sampling boy Thomas Zander, under his nickname TVFROM86 will release his third EP.
Side A, TVFROM86 produced two wonderful tracks with inspiration Hip Hop & Jazz combined with special vocals during the breaks.

Side B, Marion Poncet did a super Housy breaky remix of Trodge Advice and the talented producer and Piannist Paul Cut brought his groovy touch.

PREMIERE : TVFROM86 - Trodge Advice (Marion Poncet Remix) [FuFu Records]

This ridiculously soulful Summer-House EP is the first installment by Peter on Big Bait since 2015. We baked the essence of 3 years of studio work on 12" vinyl. Amongst two brilliant solo tracks, Peter brought in two coops with some excitingly interesting producers: 
"Arpeggio Funk" is the first co-production by the Columbian shooting star Felipe Gordon with Big Bait label boss Peter Clamat. The guys met up on soundcloud and immediately started working out some tunes together. 
"She hates Getting Photos" and "Tanzflächengebet" are solo productions by Mr. Clamat. Outstanding, colorful, perfect work as usual. Last but not least track no. four is the uplifting, 90's flavored remix of an unpublished Clamat-gem by Ugly Drums and Chesney. The two guys are old-stagers of the German House Culture and well known for their releases on Kalakutta Soul, AVA, Quintessentials etc.

DC Promo Tracks #256: Adonidia "Don't You Feel It Like We Used To"

Body Music (Bosq and Vito Roccoforte (The Rapture) return with another dose of 21stcentury mutant-disco and nocturnal New York swagger. Following up on their lauded Just One EP (Razor 'n Tape), the new two-track 12” delivers on the epic stomp and punch of that debut with two instant classics.
 
A-side Don't Think Twice is a tightly modern and muscular re-imagining of some long-lost Paradise Garage-era gem, replete with head-snapping claps, an expansive sonic palette and full strut groove. While, low-slung flip-side Give My Love a Try rolls on a flirtatious arpeggiated bass-line and gasps of steamy synths that make it the perfect vibe to open or close a party. Lending soulful and sultry vocals across both cuts is Christian Holiday. Holiday darts in an off the slick synth stabs and bouncy live-drums of Don't Think Twice and reaches a yearning falsetto that draws out the romantic swoon of Give My Love a Try, helping elevate the scope and craft of both tracks.
 
Hooky and virulent, it’s a venerated sound that fits seamlessly into sets of Arthur Russell, ESGand Liquid Liquid classics with a crisp and deep production that remains infectiously of the moment. At parties from Brooklyn to Ibiza, this 12" will no doubt be a go-to slice of wax coaxing dancers to move a little closer all summer long.

Moving down the river, they could see the little communities of travellers who had began to gather and settle in for the night ahead. The love boat was a magical cruise ship designed to transport lost souls towards enlightenment, a new path through the deep, dark murky waters. On board there were people from all places, all faces and many colours. This was not a one man band but a plethora of identity and a wonderful feat. The water rippled on either side of the old steamer as it continued down the stream. It would get there soon...

‘Livingstone’ is the 5th album by a nine-piece instrumental collective from Amsterdam called Jungle By Night. A jazzy blend of krautrock, rock, electronica and pop in one place. They have nominated two wonderful remixes from Ron Trent and Kuniyuki respectively, the latter of which we bring to you in all its colour.
