Jordon Saxton aka Viers or Unklone, created the LK alias back in 2013, to allow him to release his soulful and jazz orientated productions.

In 2014, he released an incredible four track EP on Cottam’s notorious Ruff Draft imprint, which helped to pave the way for his new project. He also remixed an early track by Church label boss Seb Wildblood respectively.

Now, the Leeds based producer provides the second release for vinyl only imprint, Shall Not Fade, with his analogue, Detroit-esque “Keion” EP. “Keion” EP is LK’s third full 12” and presents some of his most innovative productions to date, on of which, 'Oh You Sexy Thang' is today's exclusive premiere

Parisian Abe's productions fit perfectly with https://soundcloud.com/ROITrecordings's trademark fresh and melodic aesthetic and provides yet another slammin' offering from the Istanbul based label. Abe's alternate moniker, KEMT has taken the world by storm, mixing melancholic vocals with distorted House grooves, and helms one of the go-to names for your dose of raw Lo-Fi house. 

Here, as Abe, he delivers a more gentle take on House music, with a wonderful mixture of Soul and Disco amalgamated with his signature Lo- Fi analogue percussion. The EP opens with this feature's 'Forgive Ain't Easy': straight 4/4 cut driven by sampled vocals and soulful piano melodies - one for a dusky summer evening and everything that befalls after.

The crew finishes off the year with their 2nd V/A compilation, HZDFC VA.2. Hazed & Confucius producers Anchore, DJ Bowlcut, and Jae Young appear on VA.2 along with first timers MONIKA, KAZUHO (Remedy/Tokyo), Di Barsotti (Novaj/Paris), Pepe Elle (Aurore 404/Paris) & DJ legwarmer + DJ Spielberg (No, She Doesn’t/Lisbon). Portuguese label heads of ‘No, She Doesn’t’ had a successful 2018 with their NSD001 compilation and notable dancefloor anthems such as ‘Useful Powder’ and this years DJ Spielberg's "Virtual Eden" EP. DJ legwarmer & DJ Spielberg start the Hazed & Confucius compilation with track ‘Bal Hwa (發火)’ reminiscing on their journey to Seoul, Korea. The clangy percussion, steady bassline and continuous piano loop heartbeats the track like the busy streets of Itaewon until ‘Bal Hwa (發火)’ reaches its high point with a beautiful piano solo placing us upon the dancefloors of Pistl as the free-flowing soju engulfs you and your friends into the morning light.
