Glenn Astro currently resides in Essen and has spent half his life producing and DJ'ing. He started out with Hip-Hop and later got into ultra soulful House music.

Glenn returns with another gang of grooves. His warm, soul-infused "Hologram" EP is  is forthcoming on WotNot Music and is set to be released on vinyl March 23rd and digitally early April.

None other than Henry Wu (22a) was called in for help to remix "Love Is Gone", which he does with a delightful, jazz-instilled flip. Since we have been following both closely for a while, we are stoked to exclusively premiere this particular track of the Hologram EP.

It goes without saying that you need to pick up this release if you love that love warm, jazzy, soulful sound. Check out this super limited pre-order (only 20 vinyl copies) and leave a nice comment or REPOST if you dig what you hear.

JammHot make their second appearance on Lost My Dog with a release completely dedicated to their delicious piano House anthem ‘See Me Right’.

Lost My Dog’s Strakes explains, “See Me Right was one of those tracks that grabbed Pete Dafeet and I the moment we heard it.  We talked about remixes and building an EP with the JammHot lads but the original track was so strong in it’s own right that we decided to put it out solo.  We’ve never been afraid to try new things and this is actually the first time we’ve ever released a track on its own.  Now that we’re gradually winding down Lost My Dog after 10 years, it would be quite ironic if this single track format proved to be the secret to a successful release!”

JammHot are a Leeds and London-based production partnership consisting of Matt Mason and Jamie Adams.  Having separately pursued their own musical ventures, the two friends decided to draw on their differing backgrounds and influences to create their own heady blend of house that’s rich in musicality and sense of adventure, yet aimed squarely towards the dancefloor.

Perhaps inevitably given their expansive musical heritage, JammHot are always looking to the future while lacing their productions with a deep-seated affection for golden eras of the past. Though their sound continually evolves, it’s rapidly apparent there is a core ethos at work that allies irresistible rhythms to bold melodic direction.

The past few years has seen the duo steadily build their profile with original productions and remixes on such DJ staples as Morris Audio, Leftroom and Dirt Crew, as well releasing their debut artist EP on Huxley’s Saints & Sonnets imprint.

Their burgeoning reputation as must-see DJ’s has also been enhanced through their resident DJ sets at Ape-X, one of the North’s most established house and techno nights and infamous for it's incendiary atmosphere and cutting-edge line-ups.
