River Yarra - Aorsom Wislhs (STW Premiere)

Formerly M.A, Guizzi & Fontaneto is the name of the project, based in Milan, curated by Marco Guizzi and Luca Fontaneto.




After a decade spent in the post rock scene, with heavy affiliations to kraut, dub, drone music, shoegaze, ambient   with the FOG IN THE SHELL quintet (3 published albums and an infinity of shows inside and outside Italy) and after having explored different sounds under the most different pseudonyms on various labels, the two rediscover their long and passionate love for polyrhythm and dance music.


Luca and Marco have collaborated in the last years with some of the most interesting contemporary realities, such as Lobster Theremin, Lyssna, E-Beamz, Cognitiva.

Their sound sweeps between rarefied atmospheres and rhythmic overlaps, combining their visceral passion for house music, techno, digital dub with certain ambient suggestions.


Respectful of a certain tradition but without being caged by nostalgia, Marco and Luca are looking for a modern and personal approach, combining past and present in something exciting.



In their sets they prefer a rawer mixing style, promoting a musical research that makes both the savvy listener and the most demanding clubber feel good.

Chet Franco is a Berlin based Dj and Musician with a special love for weird and fun instruments (singing saw, children instruments, chilenian frog...). 

When Sebastien Tellier and Bonnie Banane drunken run backwards against each other in Miami after collecting oblique instruments on their way to the cocoa ceremony, but never forget in advance going out of the house without a hat and getting their hair done, then you get a pretty good picture of the visual and acoustic universe of Chet Franco, who does not despise a synth and driving beat to blow up post disco 80s Steve Monite, so that no dancing leg and ear remains calm and dry. 
Her tunes move between sexy funk sounds, cheesy 80s street hits, sometimes deep synth sounds, balearic beats, electronic - with a special preference for the weird - always linked to the pathos of not spending life, the day, the night with too little movement and celebrate filling up the dancing bodies with acoustic emotional triggers.

Her bandproject with the singer, producer and multi-instrumentalist Lore Vain is additionally embossed by french electropop. The range covers deeply emotional synth-sounds as also cheesy bright tunes which turns a little smile on the faces of the crowd.
