the cloud is where everything usually gets sorted out and managed in the long run.  free of the earth's static restrictions, free to find a wind or just sit high in the sky and drift slowly.  

i want to use music to bring together amazing collections of human beings as we face the problems that mere mortals don't even know exist yet, and have the problem already solved before they even know they need to worry about anything but pursuing their own personal dreams and passions.  

I write songs influenced by a certain mood or the wish to reflect events which happened to me. Sometimes a single picture can contain the idea of a complete song, sometimes a movie (or its music) influences me to write a track.Whatever it is, it´s always a request of my heart to tell a story.

I´ve grown up with the “New Age” music of the 80ies, with soundtracks by James Horner, Joel Goldsmith or Alan Silvestri. I´ve experienced the vivid pop music of that time as well as the great electronic music by Jean Michel Jarre, Vangelis, Kitaro or Tomita. Jan Hammer´s exceptionally music for “Miami Vice” was the reason, why I started to compose electronic music.

Writing a song is like telling a story – and I hope you like my stories.

Hi, I'm a keys player and I like making up grooves to existing jazz and latin standards. Over the last few years I've been mainly working on original numbers.

It's just me in the music you hear, I play all the parts off a keyboard recording in midi and layer up into the finished version.

I started playing the piano as a kid , then took up the trombone and played for fun in various local amateur bands and orchestras. Then at 18 went to college and didn't do anything  musically  for many years. Started playing the saxophone and tuba more recently, and in the last four years or so got back into the keyboard which is now my main instrument.

I like making up jazzy  late night music & music you can listen to when travelling. Sounds like a strange thing but I find the most enjoyable part of a holiday is the travelling part, whether that's on a plane , train or even a car on a quiet road with some nice views. Looking through a window with a changing view, in a bubble of suspended time between two worlds, that's what travelling feels like to me, and I like to write music that sounds that way - http://soundcloud.com/markd54321/361-stolen-moments-320kbps .
