I've not posted a Disquiet Junto track since project #646 about a year ago but did try in January but was locked out of this Soundcloud. I'm at home today with a bit of free time so thought why not - now i've been able to get back into Soundcloud. Enjoyed making this, the idea to unravel Ravel was too good to pass up. I imagine my approach isn't very original- I just cut up the source audio and added effects and cut some frequencies in the source. I then slowed the tempo down as the tracks progresses which created gaps and space in the audio clips which I had already locked in place. The gaps fill with the reverb and delay and late on I added some choir sounds to give the piece a new dimension and direction which I liked.

i wanted to concentrate more on my own next track this week so i avoided #naviarhaiku and #diquiet this time. then i began sketching out random experimental minimal sounds and beats combined. and got curious again as usual so i looked up this weeks haiku promt for naviar haiku music challenge. and zap what came from my monitors matched on instant so i uploaded it and now share with you. not my usual kind of work and somehow quite sketchy in it. dont be wonder for the sound was mixed on my fostex monitors this time and not on headphones like my last few tracks. was quite difficult to hit the tone somehow, but here we go

I love listening to & creating ambient, dark ambient, avant-garde & experimental electronica (and the occasional beatscape). I have no professional aspirations  - I just really like creating music / manipulating sounds. It's my way of relaxing after a hard day at the office. All my tracks are produced using monitoring headphones (Audix A140) so I recommend that you listen to my music through headphones. My DAW of choice is FL Studio. I also use Reason every now & then. 


To the artists I follow; I do my best to try to listen to as many of your tracks as possible each night (I listen to each track all the way through - you went through the effort to create a track so you deserve to have it heard in full). If I miss a recent upload of yours, please forgive me...
