Standard Deviation continues its Vinyl series with another Split release, aiming to foster intercultural exchange, collaboration and friendship between Ukraine and the international community. For the second Vinyl project, emerging Ukrainian musician @omonbreaker shares the stage with Berlin based Mala Junta Resident @ddan-tek. 

The Split format is a musical dialogue between two worlds, backgrounds and histories. With Mala Junta resident and Seattle raised D.Dan on the A-Side and Kyiv based, Dnipro-born Omon Breaker on the B-side, the record aims to reflect on both their individual experiences and musical journeys, as an honest statement of their current works spanning across D.Dan’s high-energy Trance and groovy summer Techno towards the EBM and 90’s style influenced works of Omon Breaker.

I’m Zach an SIA Approved Security Patrolman and occasionally Door Supervisor, drummer and Gay 🤣! with a heart of a punk based in London! Have recently fallen back in love with EDM! This is due to going to the one and only Fabric Nightclub and other EDM venues around London, also getting into the rave scene and seeing a whole range of DJs! I’m sick to death of being in bands that go no where! so now the internet can have my so called music so I can show off and look back “I’ve done something with my so called talent” 😂all the best to viewers! (If there is any). Don’t expect knockout stuff I enjoy jamming and trying to make something worth listening to but my playlists might be better! 😆 I enjoy working out how the Circuit Track contraption works. ∄ is a cultural institution in Kyiv, established in 2019 on the territory of a former brewery, located at 41 Kyrylivska Street. It serves as a multifunctional space for club events like ∄ Community Events, Curated By, Enareї, for experimental music concerts like Miasma of the Real and other cultural events.

∄ also manages the in-house music label Standard Deviation. Established in September 2020, Standard Deviation is a multidisciplinary label for music, art and publishing, cultivating creative exchange between an aspiring Ukrainian scene and a global community.

K41 is the community-born name of the institution embraced and widely used by the public.
