First issued in 1998 on Superstition Records, Oliver Lieb’s L.S.G. project distilled late-’90s Frankfurt techno/trance into sleek, tightly engineered club tools with arc and atmosphere. The Black Album: The Vinyl Mixes (Remastered) presents the unmixed, original vinyl versions—newly remastered by Lieb—to foreground the detail in his drum programming, weight in the low end and the aerodynamic synth work that made these tracks DJ staples. Across nine pieces you move from the brooding momentum of “The Train Of Thought 1.1” and the nimble pulse of “Go Fishing” to the sinewy churn of “Cellular,” the pressure-valve release of “The Blaxone” and “Rotation,” the taut tension of “88” and “Freakz,” and the endorphin lift of “Hellfire” and “Deep Blue.” L.S.G.’s reputation for trance without cliché has been noted for decades. Lieb’s own note on the remastering underlines the intent: fed “through the finest analogue gear… tweaked to make it sound up to date while the music still is timeless.”

— Моя цель - поехать учиться варить охренительный американо в студию Abbey Road. Ну и параллельно подглядывать, как отцы работают (Abbey Road Studios - студия звукозаписи, где записывались The Beatles, считается одной из самых крутых в мире. В этой студии для звукорежиссеров варят эталонный американо, который заряжает на весь оставшийся день. Отсюда шутка о том, что не ясно, для чего больше хотят попасть в студию - посмотреть, как работают мастера или попробовать легендарный кофе).
— Чем я горжусь? Новыми берцами «Фарадей», которые купил на днях. 
— Если бы до конца жизни я мог слушать только троих музыкальных исполнителей, это были бы Alexey Volkov, Draag и ID 303.

Solo project from the french producer Timothée Gainet (half of Poison Point). IV Horsemen is industrialized body music complete with possessed vocals for a sound that infects the deepest corners of the mind. 

After a first eponym EP on Black Verb Records in 2017. The berlin-based record Aufnahme + Wiedergabe released his new record in march 2019, where he continue his journey into a universe where the human soul is vainly trying to find her own reason of existence.
