For our 30th edition, we have a special own production mix by the talented Alex Ungureanu. We are happy to have him back after he served us an incredible 4-track EP in February (IMP004). He did not sit still this year and made a collaboration track with Hipp on the vinyl label Kontent. Besides he has released on Capucine Records and it will not be his last release of the year. Keep an eye out! 

Alex presents us with a 1-hour set filled with solely his own productions. It gives us a good projection of what he has been working on. He used unreleased as well as released bits, in order to make a smooth set. Expect deep and dark sounds, dreamy elements and rollin grooves, all made on the Alex Ungureanu way. We are happy to welcome Tel Aviv’s Adar Cohen to the Sous-Vide Records family with her latest mix delivered for Soup Du Jour. The Block resident goes to work using addition by subtraction, selecting stripped back minimal productions that lend themselves to the sublime. Subtle groove based rhythms dominate the mix, where Adar puts her next to none tastes to the forefront. It’s no surprise Adar is being championed as one of the most important artists in Tel Aviv’s minimal scene.

Abstracted /26 - Never Alone in a Dark Room

For this new episode of Schmaus, we are delighted to have Argentinian DJ and producer Nicolas Bouzas with us. After attending many parties, his attraction to electronic music became stronger and that’s when the deep house captivated him and inspired him to become a musician. He started producing his own sounds using all the tools available in order to innovate and create original deep house tracks. In time, his musical preference changed and he became attracted to the elements of experimental minimal music, so he started capturing the sounds of nature and mixing them with his deep foundation.
