john wolf has been in underground music culture since 1995. he spun his first rave at the legendary dolton expo center and threw his first party at 500 w. cermak in chicago in the late nineties. he then moved to salt lake city where he created events with the individuals of who would later become V2 productions as well as doing strictly dnb events with second nature / hiatus recorded. playing all the while under his moniker automatik, he would eventually travel, explore woodwork and design , and traverse fatherhood. in 2011 he seeded the idea and co-founded asheville drum and bass collective which has been organizing world class dnb events weekly since january 2012. and in 2013 he created sound foundation in order to fill aural gaps in the asheville underground music scene. john makes and plays everything from house and techno to ambient, idm and drum and bass. wolf has moved crowds throughout the country, He has refined taste and no matter what style he brings he cohesively manipulates dancefloors with deep integrious music . he is an avid designer of the intangible, forming experiences through the timbre of sound and drawing in community for a sole purpose. the vibe.

you will find a lot of vibe diversity in the original works here all with a pretty consistent underlying theme..  intricate rhythms and deep yet simple melody.
