Hi, let me start by telling you how I got into composing Soundtrack style music. I started writing music when I was about 15 years old, on a basic Yamaha keyboard with a 4-track sequencer. But as basic as the keyboard was, it gave me access to some good sounds and it put me on the right path. I started putting my favourite movies on and choosing different scenes within the films and muting the sound. I would study the footage to try to get a feel of what the character on screen was going through, whether he was being chased or trying to sneak into a secret facility, I would try to cover many different styles and basically write music to what I was watching. As I got better I kind of out grew the keyboard and wanted something more sophisticated and moved up to synthesizer workstations like the Triton and Roland Fantom-S, These keyboards were a quantum leap to what I was using before and gave me access to more tracks, more sounds and allowed me to express myself and develop my rhythmic talent. I now use software sequencers like Logic and Cubase and have access to thousands of professional sounds.

Likewyse Productions – musical solutions is a german based music production company founded in 2012 by the german composer and producer Martin Leonhardt focused on writing songs for the use on radio and tv as well as developing instrumental audio concepts for computer games, advertisings and movies.

Artistically and conceptually Likewyse productions is internationally orientated with a programme concerning a wideranging number of genres – always focussing on the aim to show a variety of current art on a high level. By merging various elements such as electronic, pop, hip hop, and symphonic undertones, Likewyseproductions offers a diversified and unique portfolio to its listeners.

You will find a whole range of styles here. More or less serious covers of famous songs and a whole lot of own stuff. I think it's a musical journey if you decide to explore my cloud. All instruments , sometimes even the drums :-)  are played by me. Most of the time there'll be no amendement made so that the instruments are basically live. One track is recorded after the other, mostly within a few hours.I like working instictively and free of barriers of any kind. I do it cause I like it. Nonetheless I am always happy to read your comments, get inspiration and be critisised. The fact that I "make" music is so very unquestioned by myself . I have never had any lessons and I have my own approach to music, tones, rythm and sound, wich of course is still not necessarily of extraterrestrial nature (except in some cases). I am also often really amazed about the creativity, skills and ideas of many of the soundclouders here. One last thing: if you want to use some of my stuff here, just ask.  Peace
