currently focused on song covers. An avid lover of classical (baroque and contemporary, to be exact), indie, alternative and jazz. Piano, trombone and the ukulele. Trying to pick up the guitar as well.

Cheerful by day, sad and inconsolable by night. Round, awkward and occasionally grumpy. I write silly songs and I try my best to sing... but I mostly  croak.

Hanging Up The Moon is the musical moniker of Sean Lam. Enlisting the help of friends Alexius Cai, Dean Aziz, Leslie Low and Victor Low. The band was involved in 4 out of 6 releases to date. With 2 LPs distributed under Kitchen Label and an EP by Big Romantic Records.

Hanging up the moon is currently back to being a solo act and is now working on a full length album for it’s 8th release.

We are alumni of Temasek Junior College Symphonic Band, Singapore.
