Welcome to the first atomCAST ever! Here you'll be able to listen to the absolutelly best Polish electronic music Artists.

For the first one, we wanted to invite someone really special. Someone sepcializing in minimal and tech house sounds, as we are approaching our biggest tech house party of a year. And we couldn't think of anyone better than our favourite ro-minimal DJ, who'll also be playing at the party - Deaf Can Dance.

Filip Janicki embarked on his DJing journey nearly two decades ago, in 2005. Despite the challenge of hearing impairment and the necessity of wearing hearing aids, he immersed himself in the world of sounds from a very young age, interpreting them uniquely. Turning his limitation into an asset, he utilized his exceptional imagination and sensitivity to interpret sounds through other senses.

As Deaf Can Dance, he meticulously filters the diversity of electronic music, crafting surprising, sensual, and dance-worthy sounds, irrespective of the tempo. His eclectic sets, infused with energy and a mystical atmosphere, captivate the audience like a hypnotic spell. Regardless of the venue, Deaf Can Dance is a true dance floor magician, enchanting everyone with captivating, dance-inducing sounds.

His ability to "read" the crowd, coupled with refined selection and masterful craftsmanship, allows Deaf Can Dance to shine in any circumstance. It's noteworthy that he not only precisely caters to the audience's preferences but also knows how to pleasantly surprise and captivate his audience.

B.o.T is the alias of London-based DJ/producer duo made up of Dan Calabrese (Italy) and Khayal Khan (Pakistan). While they are serious about their craft, they don't take themselves too seriously and are all about having fun and creating music that is true to themselves.

Their music is energetic and eclectic, as they aim to use it as a means of self-expression rather than being confined by rigid genre boundaries. This has resulted in a progressive and unique sound that blends elements of deep house, hip-hop, electronica, minimal, organic, and culturally diverse soundscapes, creating sets that are more than just music, but true ritual experiences that transport listeners to new dimensions.

Episode 9: Łukasz Glasser (Glasse) – A Pillar of the Polish Electronic Scene

Glasse is more than just a DJ—he’s a true institution in the Polish club scene. With nearly three decades behind the decks, his journey began in 1996 and continues to thrive. From vinyl to digital, underground raves to major festivals, Glasse has remained a guiding force in Poland’s ever-evolving electronic music landscape.

Known for his trippy house grooves infused with progressive energy and percussive depth, he’s equally at home weaving smooth, organic deep house narratives. As a co-founder of the iconic IMPORT! events and agency (alongside Bartek Winczewski), he was instrumental in hosting international legends such as Nic Fanciulli, James Zabiela, Seb Fontaine, and Gus Gus. His legacy also includes co-creating the groundbreaking Feeva!—the first club music compilation in Poland—and curating four IMPORT! compilations, as well as the cult-favorite Solar Classics mix for the Hel Peninsula’s legendary Solar beach bar, where he was resident and music director from 2005 to 2012.

Glasse’s influence extended to the airwaves with Starter and Houserka on Radiostacja (1999–2004)—radio shows that became cornerstones of Polish club culture. He’s also a driving force behind Gdynia’s Big Boat Party project and a staple at top clubs like Smolna, Sfinks, Prozak, and festivals such as Audioriver, Nowa Muzyka, and Creamfields.

In 2022, Glasse was honored with the Golden Munolud Award, recognizing his lasting impact on Poland’s electronic music scene. Always evolving, always passionate, Glasse’s artistry is rooted in a love for music that continues to inspire.
