Ok, time to bring the big guns out. This is based on an idea that Mike O'Donnell had when they were going to do Series 3. They were going to redo the theme song with new instrumentation, which is understandable but the original still bangs undeniably.

This is kinda inspired by Mike's new mix of the theme, Thomas' Anthem and Isaiah's fantastic rendition. I wanted to make it feel like S3 by using the xylophone on the lead and keeping the arrangement faithful to the original. The Prophet Horns come in so handy for the iconic 'Closing' section. Still kept the Jupiter for the whistle though layered with the DX7 Calliope patch for texture.

Seeing as I don’t have access to the proper Roland VST’s (and wouldn’t be satisfied otherwise), please forgive the reuse of the original, albeit remixed, percussion track.

I was going to wait a good while to upload this but as it's Christmas, why not?

This is a classic styled remix of the Engine Roll Call, not like the 'theme song remix' I did before but more like the sing alongs from the 90s. I used 'Don't Judge a Book by it's Cover' as the main instrumental base for this as I personally thought it fit the most and the instrumentation in that track is probably my favorite out of the sing alongs.

Really tiptoed around this one for a LONG time bc I really wanted to get the bagpipes right while still honoring the synth that really just glues the theme together. I think I landed it pretty well.
