История о палаче годов 1800х который сошел с ума где то на сороковой год работы и после выпитого, схватил свой профессиональный инструмент, вышел на улицу и  начал убивать всех подряд.. 
После различных красочных кадров его сумасшествия и отрубленных голов, нашего героя все таки вяжут, он теряет сознание и следующее что он видит это уже его рабочее место, но вот только он уже в роли жертвы.
