I wrote "White Noise" about the search for peace in a world that never stops talking. The chaos of headlines and expectations can be deafening, and this song is about the person who silences all of it. Their presence is like a calming frequency that cancels out everything else, allowing me to finally hear myself think and feel grounded. It's a song for anyone who has found their anchor—their quiet in the storm.
