Michael Rico and Mick Rich, aka Rico & Rich, are a DJ/Producers duo from Amsterdam, Netherlands. The duo has been friends since childhood and they both begun at an early age playing and creating music. Their music is mainly focused around Bigroom & Progessive House.

Michael Rico started as a child to play the piano and after some time he begun to produce beats and tracks. In addition,Rico has studied sound engineering at the SAE Institute.

Just as Rico, Mick Rich discovered music at an early age, in his case it was the drums and the guitar. In fact, Rich participated in the drums championship and won. A couple of years later, Rich went to New York City where he completed an education in sound engineering.

Rico & Rich has one shared main goal and that is for their music to go viral so that as many people as possible will be able to enjoy and share their tracks.

Biography Michael Rico:

Michael Rico, a young men & creative dj/producer. Born in Amsterdam, where he has found his love and passion for music.

At a young age, Michael was already in touch with music. He got weekly practical & theoretical lessons of his grandpa for accordeon & piano.

Somewhere in 2006 Michael was introduced with the FL Studio program for creating his own beats. In a certain way, he felt called himself to make and share his own music with the world. He shared his music on Youtube and received ten of thousand views on his uploaded videos and thousands of subscribers on his channel.

In the period of 2010 - 2013, Michael did made a lot of progress with his music career. He started a music education by S.A.E. Institute in 2010 for sound engineer/producer to become a better musicain. In addition, he also found his passion for turning music through the DJ turntables.

After completing his education, Michael has begun another way in his music cariere. He has started leasing his own beats & instrumentals and working as a ghost producer behind the scenes of different artists all over the world . Next to this new development, he also started spinnin the wheels of music in clubs of Amsterdam.

After years of working as a ghost producer, Michael started producing his own songs in 2018 . He does this together with other artists!
