(IG @casdisciple) Cas Dinero uprising from Queens New York. Currently known as the “Queens Kept Secret”, Cas has embodied the soul of hip hop through his immediate influences from his upbringing. Cas carries the soul of the nineties with the twist of a current date attitude. Cas, unlike a lot of today’s artists, doesn’t eliminate the struggle from his artistry considering that he comes from poverty and a rough background. Guided through the Streets Of New York Cas was able to illustrate his version of Life. -Sounds Like : “Well you be the judge because the influence goes back as far as, RUN DMC, Juice Crew, LL Cool J, MC Shan, the List is Bananas!” Says Cas, while trying on a hat on the Coliseum Block of Jamaica Ave Mall. “But my hood is the reason I’m the way I am. I don’t have to say where, you could just tell where that’s at”. Cas attempts to Carry On Tradition from some of his predecessors. “The Nineties I would say it was the golden era for hip hop, as far as creativity was concerned, I attempt to reach toward those heights when I do it” Says Cas. “Not saying I can, it’s just an attempt cause some ones got to do it”. Cas Shares the likely of the narrator and has the saavy to also make commercial sound of the trend.
