Guilux – DJ & producer based in Charleroi, Belgium.

Born in 1980, I was quickly drawn to electronic sounds. As a kid, I was captivated by New Beat, the iconic Belgian sound that emerged in the late '80s — a genre that laid the foundation for my lifelong passion for electronic music.

Active since the early 2000s, I started my journey behind the decks, heavily influenced by the raw energy and iconic atmosphere of clubs like La Bush, Escape, and Le Cube (Lotus Club).

In 2005, together with my friends Jujus and Luko, we founded the collective Minimal Killer, driven by a shared passion for honest, mental, and uncompromising techno. We had the chance to play at legendary venues like La Rocca, Café d’Anvers, Décadence, Mosa, The Wood and many more.

Fueled by that same energy, we launched the Avant-Garde parties – a musical cocktail of house, tech house, minimal, and melodic techno, infused with psychedelic themes and immersive vibes. Our influences are rooted in the sounds of artists like N’to, Julian Jeweil, Oliver Koletzki, Stéphan Bodzin, Boris Brejcha, Umami, Stereo Express,...

On the production side, I started creating tracks around 2005. In 2008, I released "What The Fuck" on Hardplace Recordings, followed by several tracks between 2007 and 2011 on Mirabel Recordings, a label run by my friend John Prada. After a long break, I returned to production in 2024. Together with Jujus, under the name Jujus & Guilux, we released the track "AllRye" on Deep & Groove Records, a Belgian label from Charleroi.
