My favorite collaboration ever! :)
This song is been unfinished for some time as a sleeper on my hard drive. I invited mickeymix(r.i.p), pooterpatty, musicmayn and Wedgebill in order to bring this song to life. After the intrumental parts were finished, Bill has created and added promptly some amazing vocal riffs in a very short time. The remarkable thing was, the lyrics wrote his wife TFMJ -The Fabulous Miss Joy-. Thanks so much for the competent work by everyone of you!

You're Usually Right

My latest track after a very long break. This one is grown as something between simple rock riffs and some jazzy elements, hope you like it.

Also this time I used the Kemper Profiling Amp with a Les Paul Traditional (HB), a 46 years old Les Paul Special (P90/solo part) and a Ibanez fretless bass. The backing track with all guitars and bass was recorded with RiffWorks by Sonoma Wire Works, all other playthings and mastering was made with Logic Pro X and TrackS. The midi piano is a plugin by Native Instruments, a Rhodes MK I. I used different amp rig's like a Marshall JVM H410, Morgan AC 20, Two Rock, Ampeg for bass and also some Morphing FX's to control distortion, delay, modulations and stereo panorama with a pedal.

Back On Solid Ground

This song has long been on my hard drive. Sometimes you need help to get a song ready. The first step was, I made the singing myself, but without lyrics ... haha, that sounds really funny... lalala ... blabla. Then I asked Jim Dye to play some keyboards, and afterwards I thought this song would be something for Ray Treacy† (R.I.P) ... and yes, he did a great job with the vocals, just like Jim with the keys of course. I'm glad to present a really nice song... just "Music for the Soul". Everything was recorded with RiffWorks Standard by Sonoma Wire Works and then polished with Logic Pro X... mastered with T-RackS. This is just jazz, ok may be smooth jazz. I did this together with my friend Jim Dye from Nashville and I am always thankful when he plays on my songs. The idea was to experiment with the genre jazz respectively simply to get good mood through music. But anyway, sometimes it's fun to try something other as hard rock.
As best you listen it on sunday in the morning to your breakfast, but only when the sun is shining :) Hope you like it, enjoy.

Unfinished Bedroom Production

-Monsters Inside Me- refers to my extremely painful gallstones, which were removed recently by emergency surgery. I heard from the RR20 still in the hospital through our fellow Rainer (hofsteen). I wondered about the same theme like last year, so I asked Michelle, whether it is allowed to uploud my older monster song a second time (I am always so lazy..haha)...she answered...-please go ahead and work your magic recording a new tune-... I thought...okay, I have a lot of time for my recovery and what would be better to heal all wounds than make music? The harmonies of this song describe my bright gladness to have defeated this painful monsters. I needed urgently a suitable piano sound for this, RickBaker helped me exactly to implement what I was looking for. Beautiful Sunday

Electronic pop meets southern piano style. This one based on the working title "Unfinished Bedroom Production". My dear friend Jim a.k.a. "musicmayn" from Nashville Tennessee helped me once again to let stand up one of my tracks. It's a pure keyboard collaboration. The title is inspirated of Botticelli's "The Birth Of Venus". 
Why this? That remains my secret ;)
I would like to dedicate this track to my ex-wife on her 50th birthday.
