Vol. 10 - Egg

The song "Another Time" is about the journey of self-discovery and moving on from the past. The narrator is riding on the last train to town, symbolizing the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. They are letting go of their past self and embracing the unknown future.

The picture in their mind represents their desire for something they cannot find, perhaps a feeling or a person. However, they believe that they will be pulled through by something greater.

The chorus highlights the contrast between the sun and shade, representing the ups and downs of life. The narrator feels hidden and lost when they run away from their problems, but they are hopeful for another time when things will be better.

The blue guitar, whammy bar, and amp symbolize the tools the narrator uses to express themselves and move forward. They have found another wave to ride, meaning they have discovered a new path to take in life.

Overall, "Another Time" is a hopeful and introspective song about embracing change and finding the courage to move forward.
