Hypnotic percussion shifts the focus on the loopiness, only to be interrupted by intricate edits and cavernous effects. &#8220;Dark Passenger&#8221; gives a subtle nod to the tribal sound but adds the menace with synth stabs and garbled electronics, while the laid-back groove provides the perfect backdrop for a sultry vocal snippet.
