The man behind "Mihai" is Mihai Budeanu , born in Constanta, Romania on 3 July .
  
He became member of the popular band “3 Sud Est” also known as “Kings of Dance Music” in Romania and left the band in order to start his own “Mihai”. It is a very ambitious project, trying to change the bit rate same as he did with “3 Sud Est”.
 Mihai has his own studio in Constanta and is working on “Beat Music” together with Sorin Marinas and Mihai Stan (Management).
