Hello.  I play guitar/write/sing in a band called Fall Like Rockets, but I also have this side project..The Exile.  

The premise of this band is to create my own personal soundtracks to my favorite books/shows/movies.  These different mediums inspire us all in different ways, and they so happen to make me want to write music. 

 My influences for this band will range anywhere from post-rock/post-hardcore/prog-rock bands like Thrice, Moving Mountains, Caspian, and This Will Destroy You.  Folk artists like Noah Gunderson and Dustin Kensrue.  Indie bands like The National and Daughter.  And even some of the more thematic elements of bands like Coldplay.  With these influences, I hope to craft songs that capture the mood and tone of the mediums these songs are rooted in.  

My first album will be a collection of songs about The Hunger Games series, a personal favorite of mine.  I have in the works about 5-6 songs for each book.  Any questions?  Feel free to message!  I'd love to elaborate.

Frantic Orange is an alternative rock outlet featuring Tucker Dutton and Matthew McCandless. The band was founded in 2019, three years after its primary members had met during their freshman year at Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA.
