Carlo Onda's Romantic Disco

Autumn 2017 I suddenly got manic. I went to a secondhandstore, heilsarmee, and there was a vinyl sale. I looked through the boxes and recognized that some italo disco lover must have died or something. I thought the record collection is speaking to me. I spent an hour or so looking for all that matching vinyl. It was pretty magic, I admit. So it was my mission to get this music back in front of people and I started djing a bit. The effect everytime was pretty much the same. Young and old people put a smile on and started dancing. I wondered why it always worked so good but I have my theory. Young folks see the roots of what they are served today and the old just forget that they aren't the youngest anymore. It was at the same time that I started Carlo Onda, frankly inspired by the music you hear here. Then after mania comes rain and as far as I remember, I haven't been djing since. Though I really think I should give it another try someday.

Anyways, every now and then, someone asks me
to do a mix and I always refuse. But yesterday I said yes, because somehow the project of Radioblog Tirana really appeals to me.
