About the film (Paper Town. Estonian Stories. Dir: Jaak Kilmi, Pimik 2013): 
The Estonian-Russian border town Narva is a kind of a no-man's land on the Eastern border of the European Union. The glory days of this "zero city" seem to fall into a hopelessly distant past. And yet, the city functions. It contains citizens who act and think. "Paper town" is a film about two gentlemen from Narva who have big plans. A simple craftsman Fiodor Shantsyn is building a giant model of past Narva in the empty Town Hall building and a Swedish real estate mogul Mats Gabrielsson wants to change future Narva into the new Hong Kong.
