An experimental piece I did for my Sound Synthesis class. The track is based on a cassette tape-loop (spliced by hand), played through an old Sony walkman, however during playback, the walkman was subject to various pokes and prods to it's circuitry, resulting in some cool warped effects. 

There are two tracks of the loops playing simultaneously, along with little bits of added effects and samples.

An Appreciation Of Minimalism In Winter

The clearly discernible Caribbean influence of the 3rd SENNA release, reflecting the groups time spent in the Dominican Republic, is showcased on the title-track Muelle.  The harmonies, and musical arrangement were all made on the band members' brief visit back to the US, recorded in Jeremy's room and joining bathroom (now dubbed The Booth).
