This brilliant remix was originally done as a secret weapon for Subb-an, Noir and a few close dj-friends to play out and surprise the crowds around the globe.
After handing out private copies to a few selected djs we ended up with enormous support on this remix from:

At DC10's closing party at Ibiza the Subb-an Remix was played no less than 3 times and the crowd was ecstatic each time. And after the YouTube video of Seth Troxler & Jamie Jones playing the track that specific night surfaced we have now ended up with a huge buzz and demand for this track to be released.

One of the UK’s freshest new drum & bass talents drops his debut solo single on Critical, this one is simple mammoth! Emperor has been making waves over the past couple of years moonlighting with various camps but it was the keen ear of label boss Kasra that cottoned on early drawing him deep into the Critical ranks. If this new single is anything to go by, one of the best decisions Critical could have made.
The cinematic intro of ‘Begin’ is beautiful blend of strings, reversed fx and the sultry vocals of Georgia Yates who featured on the Enei album last year. All build to a haunting dropout before the next stage, an absolute nasty tech-stepping future roll-out that’s been getting Fabric in sweat these last few months. Twisted, uplifting and wonderfully emotive, this is another slice of Critical magic.
Next up and we’re treated to the vintage double-bass grooves of ‘She Said’. Another huge epic intro featuring a soaring vocal drifting over ethereal pads features here as hi-end percussion leads into the fattest bassline for a properly funked up dance floor workout. Think Roni Size ‘Brown Paper Bag’ or Peshay’s ‘Miles From Home’ for 2013...bad to the bone!

No rest for the creative mind of MaRLo. The last drop of ‘BOOM’ has yet to sound, but his new one is already hammered by the big jocks. Premiered on Armin’s A State of Trance show and indulging many, is the stunning ‘Always Be Around’ ft. Sarah Swagger. 

Being able to perform magic on both instrumental as well as vocal tracks is a rare gift. In the case of Australia’s Marlo Hoogstraten, it’s an easy one though. He’s done both instrumental beasts, such as ‘Lightning’, ‘Megalodon’ and ‘Jaguar’, and vocal beauties – ‘The Island’, ‘Just Breathe’ – alike. Equally big and ready for impact, is his latest offer on the A State of Trance label.

Stephan Jacobs has earned a reputation as one of electronic music’s most innovative and prolific producers, known for his blend of evocative soundscapes, driving rhythms, and bass-heavy foundations. Recently, Stephan’s focus has shifted to Bigger Than Us and BOSA, two projects rapidly gaining momentum. Bigger Than Us, a collaboration with acclaimed singer Marieme, blends dance music with immersive experiences, while BOSA offers a unique twist to world-inspired house and dance music. Both are at the forefront of Stephan's creative energy, with exciting new releases on the way.
