So who are you? You are not objects out there, you are not feelings, you are not thoughts - you are effortlessly aware of all those, so you are not those. Who or what are you? 
You have feelings, but you are  not those feelings. Who are you?  But then people usually make a big mistake. They think that if they rest in the Witness, they are going to see something or feel something - something really neat and special. But you won't see anything. If you see something, that is just another object - another feeling, another thought, another sensation, another image. But those are all objects; those are what you are not.

IMPROVE READING (14 Hz Beta Waves)
Maintain a strong focus while reading

Nowadays, we get easily distracted by our surroundings, making it quite di cult to maintain a strong focus on some tasks.

Have you ever had these kinds of difficulties while reading?

“Improve Reading” is a collection of 4 brainwave entrainment audio tracks, including binaural beats, isochronic tones and grey noise. These tracks embed binaural beats or isochronic tones that will drive your brain activity in the Low-Beta range of frequency which is proven to be very efficient for improved focus and concentration while reading.
The embedded grey noise  will mask out other distracting noises from your surroundings, providing you with a cocoon of concentration. If you’re reading in a calm and peaceful place, you might not need them though.

To read with a higher focus, here are a few tips for you:

1) Turn off the instant messengers, mobiles and email notifiers.
2) Pay attention to your posture: sit comfortably on a chair with a proper support for your entire back.
3) Clear your mind for a minute before starting.
4) Play the “Improve Reading” audio track and start reading.
5) Make a 10-minute break after 50 minutes of reading. According to Peter Drucker, the father of business management, 50 minutes is the ideal amount of time to focus on one item before we start to feel like we need a break.

These few tips will make a huge difference regarding your ability to focus while reading. Practicing these tips regularly will not only improve your reading, but they will also help you enhance your focus in other areas of your life.

Binaural beats are a way of synchronizing your brain waves (which are measured in hertz) with the hertz of the binaural beat.  The brain has a frequency following response which causes this to occur.  These can help induce states of relaxation, meditation and help to relieve anxiety and stressed out states.  This works best with headphones because binaural beats are panned hard left and right which forces the brain to synchronize the two tones.

Alpha - 13z-8hz - a relaxed and reflective state

Theta - 8hz-4hz - a very meditative state or getting drowsy and drifting off, if your sleepy)

Delta - 4hz and below - deep sleep or a very deep meditative state. Buddhist Monk's brainwaves have been measured in this state during meditation.
