One Thing

      This is a brand new video that's dropping on YouTube later tonight!.  I finished it last week and couldn't wait to see what you guys think about it, so please watch the video after listening because without the video the sound effects make no sense and neither does the song! It's an instrumental piece and was part of the song "She Rescues Me" that I had to edit out of the song due to it being too long, so here are the sections that I edited out.

     It's one of my space adventures videos and I'll leave it up to the viewer to make sense of it!😂 It's pretty long at over 6 minutes but stay with it because it's pretty cool! I threw a ton of special effects at it, both video and audio, and most of it is in 4K, which absorbed lots of memory and it was very time-consuming to put together! Crank it up and watch it on a big screen TV for a mind-blowing experience. I love astronomy and Sci-Fi films, so periodically I'll post one of my Space Videos along my songs, so climb aboard and let's trip the cosmos together! This song began when Joe, feeling a bit nostalgic, wrote the lyrics and composed it on his acoustic guitar. He recorded it and sang it with expert harmonies, then decided to share it with Eclectic Collective. We were all very excited to get work on our second song with Joe, as we all admire his songwriting.

  First up was Tez this time, oddly enough. He was able to identify all the fill spots and light up the solo without the rest of us even adding anything yet. Next came Ken, who usually goes first, adding his steady grooving drums and tasty percussion. Once the drums were down, Josh completed the rhythm section by adding his fretted bass. He also worked out an organ part to give the whole sound a bit of thickness. Also adding some thickness and texture, Stephen added a clean electric rhythm part, as well. 

  Once we had it in can we asked Stephen to mix and produce it for us, which he did in his always expert fashion. 

  This, as mentioned, is Eclectic Collective's second song with Joe, and we all enjoyed bringing it to life with him. He's a wonderful collaborator and an all around good dude. Do yourself a favor and go check out his page, which is rich in great songs. We hope you enjoy listening to this as much as we enjoyed making it.
