Originally from England, Stephen Day has been DJing for close to 18 yrs and has held residencies in the UK at clubs such as Gatecrasher (Leeds) and ‘The Empire’ (Middlesbrough); as well as many clubs / festivals all over Asia including Ministry of Sound, Stereolab, SupperClub, Kudeta, Ce La Vi, Avalon, Kilo, Kyo, W Hotel, ULTRA Music Festival, Neon Lights Festival, Gatecrasher (Indonesia) Potato Head (Jakarta, SG) Zoukout and more. He has worked alongside reputable DJs such as Frankie Knuckles, Roger Sanchez, Pete Tong, Boy George, David Morales, Dennis Ferrer, Norman Doray, Quintino, Danny Rampling, Supernova, Bottin, Late Nite Tuff Guy and Faze Action —just to name a few. Graduated from recording things of the radio onto cassettes on my Hitatchi Turbo hifi in my bedroom, to buying some turntables when I was 16. 
Spent the next 20 years buying, playing, lending, losing and hording vinyl. I'm still a confirmed vinyl junkie, although I've now also embraced the digital revolution.
I was one of the residents at the Arena in Middlesbrough for a few good hazy years and got to play alongside some of the best in the business. After that I was at The Purple Onion. l also played regularly at plenty of other places in and around the north east and a few further afield, playing my take on all things deep: mostly house, disco, soul, and hip hop.

After a few years off I've now got my mojo back and I'm loving my DJing again and started playing out places a bit more x
