Turning circles

Got nothing to say 
Alot less to do
Prison yard walks
Offer the same view

Just turning circles
Dreaming of escapes 
But praying for miracles
Is just the way i wait

Life’s on hold
The seconds still tick, tok, tik, tok, tik...
Prison cell nods
Are my only fix

Dreaming of miracles
Returning to a day
When turning in circles
Is how I waste away

When the outside is in
Will I walk straight lines again
To find my place with you
To mind my space, it’s hiding in plain view

Behind these walls
There’s a world within
Worried 'bout leaving
And starting again

Praying these circles
Will never end
But that’d be a miracle
My long lost friend...
