I have been working occasionally for years (at least since 2017) on this track, looking for a sound that could be acceptably evocative and hypnotic. Needless to continue at this point. I am unable to improve it with my skills. 

Heliopolis (Ηλιούπολις) was  an Ancient Egyptian city, the capital of a district of Lower Egypt in Pharaonic times (located north-east of Cairo, nothing remains of it today). It was of great importance in the religious life, due to the deities worshipped there: especially Ra, a solar deity who was later destinated to occupy a central position in various religions, including Roman. It is to this solar cult that the city owes its Greek name.
