Coming out of gang infested streets of San Antonio, Texas, rapper Dewey Dewitt is the true meaning of the Struggle. The true meaning of the hustle fall off, but the hustle don't stop. Dewey Dewitt (previously known as King Supa) was born Dewey Dewitt Garry Shields in 1986. Born to a hustler and a drug addict Dewey Dewitt child hood was spent back in forth from different homes in schools. After learning to be emotionless by the age of 12. Dewey Dewitt friends and family started calling him Supa short for Superman. At the age of 14 he began rapping in a group called Kin Fok Klick, with his younger brother D mac. In which he produced engineered and rap for the group. After gaining a buzz at school and media friendly MySpace. Dewey Dewitt decide he wanted to rap and dropped out of school. A decision he WILL regretted. Dewey Dewitt was sentence to 2 years on a burglary charge in 08. after spending two years off the streets he got was released, but was placed back in custody only three week later after a drug raid. He eventually took a plea deal in was sentence to five years in prison 2010. While in custody he realized this was wasn't the life he wanted for him or his three kids. He began reading and educating himself during his spare time. He also found out who he was a rap artist while incarcerated. He found out he was Dewey Dewitt a man who is not ashamed of his past and a man that don't bite his tongue. Released from prison with renewed focus, And i don't give a fuck attitude, got him drawing a lot of interest from labels. Dewey Dewitt officially dropped his signature track "DON'T BLOW MY HIGH" off the 2014 mix-tape The Mind Of An Intelligent Idiot, scheduled to drop this summer.
