SadBois, an EDM band from Long Island, demonstrates an unparalleled ability to merge electronic and rock elements into a cohesive and nostalgic sound. From official remixes for industry heavy-weights such as @illeniumofficial, @two-friends, and Taylor Acorn (@user-545331530) to collaborations with acts such as @four08, @mashbit, and @olivverthekid, SadBois deliver an energetic, guitar-driven sound alongside unparalleled songwriting. Their most recent project, the “In Bloom” EP, released with Future Generation, was supported by Spotify’s Rocktronic playlist, where they appear to be regulars. “In Bloom” embodies the SadBois connection to this rising rocktronic niche, featuring a myriad of vocals from figureheads including @olivverthekid, UNDY (@andrea-obeid), @samvarga, and @nataliataylar.

Their electronic meets pop-rock sound, alongside their highly received mashups and edits, have seen a surge in excitement around their live performances, notching support performances for acts such as @illeniumofficial, @said-the-sky, @blankemusicau, @trivectamusic, @nurkomusic and @armnhmr - most recently bringing them to Washington D.C. to close out the night with @madeon.

Bay Area born Umami splashed into the local scene in 2008 at Fingerbangerz crew party "Strut" at the iconic club formally known as Poleng lounge. Bubbling with an infectuous passion for music and DJ culture, her craft mastery and career grew organically and quick. Within a year of rockin' the turntables, she gained residency at Skylark with the prestigiously talented female DJ crew "Peaches" in San Francisco's hip Mission District. She went on to open for acts such as B.o.B., Talib Kweli, DJ Maseo and more. In 2011 Umami founded her own weekly party "Crush" at SOMA nightclub John Collins featuring local and national DJs. In 2012, she became a rotating DJ for the Golden State Warriors.
A crowd-reading music aficionado both versatile and professional, sought-after DJ Umami has an eclectic taste and range when she plays, but her love for Hip Hop and R&B is her foundation.
