Akshan Rai, better known as “AUXSHAN,” is a rising force in the electronic music scene, born and raised just outside of New York City. His innovative edits earned him first place in Digital Music Pool’s Mashup Contest, and his sound — influenced by artists like Audien, Ship Wrek, Midnight Kids, and The Chainsmokers — blends high-energy production with a vibrant, genre-blurring direction that sets him apart.

From college campuses to coast-to-coast clubs, AUXSHAN’s early career has taken him to universities like Penn State, Ole Miss, Auburn, Boston University, Syracuse, where his dynamic sets light up the crowd. He’s played major venues across the U.S. and Canada, with his edits making it all the way to iconic stages like Red Rocks Amphitheatre and festivals like Stagecoach.
