Beginnings
StepOut! Entertainment is a booking & management company relocated from sunny SoCA (San Diego) to the Rain City (Seattle). After working for labels and interning in distribution, StepOut! was founded in order to work more closely with the musicians as an Artist friendly company to educate them on the ins-and-outs of the industry. »

The Industry
The Music industry is "cut throat." It's a dog-eat dog business with people looking out only for themselves. StepOut! has a goal to protect the clientele from these hounds in the best way they know how. In this industry, knowledge is rarely shared. What you DON'T know can hurt you. However, it is a priority for the staff of StepOut! to educates their clientele in the working of the business as well as the decisions that are best. Promotion comes with honesty, hard work and time. As a small company, ANY effort is a lot of effort and time. The StepOut! staff volunteer their time and energy for promotion of the bands and their associates.»
