Club-focussed heaters are only a part of musical development. Sometimes you need to catch also the strings and melodies of a certain moment. From silence to wild nature noises, from sunshine to deep and dark winter mood. You are coming home with a melody in your head and you find peace in some hard and techy sounds coming in and bringing movement for your blood. Diverse like life, thats Mononoid's first longplayer.

"Elf" is the first track creating a spacious atmosphere were you can loose yourself in, but still keeps you on the right track. "Anna" is intense and wide open, without loosing the trippy character. "Monorus" is full of magic with it's hard switch and it's spacey flair.A walk through an unreal world brings the track "Parks and Gardens" - a blues guiding you to a place in between where the clouds open up.

With our dear friend Beatamines the dutch duo created "Yotta" which is a very techy track for the late night in the club. 2DIY4 („to die for“, the sublabel of Diynamic Music) is embarking onto a new journey. With this next release 2DIY4 is starting a new chapter in its history, turning away from the classic 4/4 House formula and towards new, outstanding and sincere Indie Downtempo Electronica music.

With a highly artistic approach, it aims to paint a holistic picture that shapes its identity with all inherent components - sonic and visual. The golden thread that runs through it all is the question “what would you die for?” – creatively replied to by the artists.

The first artist under the label’s new identity is Lunar Plane, consisting of identical twin brothers Emre and Mert from Istanbul. They answered: “We would die for each other, so the first thing comes to mind is twinhood.” Together with LA-based October’s Child on the vocals, they deliver the first of many chilling Electronica EPs for 2DIY4.

As we slowly creep out of social isolation, Isolate remain where they’ve always been: in their own unique lane, serving up majestic electronic music from their Istanbul HQ. And for this particular trip, the labels tenth and their first vinyl release, the Isolate bosses are driving: Murat Uncuoglu & Alican.

‘No End’ starts the march. Stately, uplifting and just the right amount of triumph. It’s loaded with spiralling hooks that make you reach further than your arm’s length, make you look further than your eyes reach, make you hope more than conventional reality usually allows. This is sound of post-lockdown dancefloors around the world.

‘Patchwork’ follows. A darker, prowling slab of pristine synth drama with a plucked bassline and all kinds of flourishing twirls and diversions, within seconds it ensures heads are down and bodies are locked into the groove. Don’t believe the title; this one’s seamless…. And so is the grand finale track ‘Big Wishes’.

Signing out with a powerfully positive piece; ‘Big Wishes’ takes all the weirdness and tension of the last four months, screws it up tightly into a strange trippy ball then throws it so high in the air it turns to dust in the atmosphere.
