We’re always surprised when Daktyl sends us new music… just never quite sure what to expect when we press play. That sort of enigma is definitely the most attractive feature in the Brit’s music, it’s a rare ability to be able to switch between the calm, melodic, mesmerising & then the heavy, all out, bass driven madness. 
The ‘Marlena’ EP is the latter, a three track thumper of a release, teaming up with fellow artists Howie Lee & OZZIE for anthems designed to make the club shake. From the UK vibin’ ‘Marlena’, right through to the trap influenced ‘Shake Dat’, we’re certain these beats are being put into good use currently on the Daktyl USA/Canada tour until the end of October. 
It’s undoubtedly a contrast to the music Daktyl contributed to the 3am series, the hypnotising ‘You there’ remix which will fit closer to theme of his upcoming album released next year.

And the rumors were true. Jedi’s truly got nothing on him. That’s why we’re releasing his debut EP ‘COSMOS’.

A four track journey through the cosmos, covering bass ridden territory - innovating on future beats, trap, chill trap and melodic levels. Ripe for the clubs, but just as ready for the radio. Both tracks vocalled by the eerie vocaloid machine, childlike voices float over earth shaking drums that would crush any club systems they're unleashed upon, but with enough sunshine injected to make for one hell of a head phone party too.

Always one for the positive vibes, Surf echoes with a promise to "catch you" and be there "anytime you need", as Thunderwave begs to "take your hand". As the Australian Summer comes around once more, and as clubland starts to heat up, there's nobody turning the temperature gauge to full quite like Sable.
