Maithree is an emerging force in the Progressive and Organic House music scenes, drawing inspiration from major artists in the genre to craft his own unique blend of grooves and melodies.

As a rising producer, Maithree has spent years experimenting with various genres before landing in the Progressive House space. His sound now centers on a diverse range of storytelling, from deep, hard-hitting grooves to uplifting melodies, all designed to take listeners on a journey through atmospheric soundscapes—with the occasional ‘Stank Face’ thrown in. With several releases under his belt, including an EP and tracks on labels like Future Avenue and Balkan Connection, Maithree’s "presidential" approach to music is sure to turn heads.

Maithree made his debut as a live performer with Stereo Culture and has quickly proven himself behind the decks, delivering powerful, floor-shaking sets that blend euphoric sounds into immersive musical journeys. Known for his love of local talent, he often brings his ‘trademark’ bootlegs to his live shows, showing support for fellow artists in the Sri Lankan music scene.
