We went B2B with Scottish DJ @maxhammur in the beautiful garden oasis at Whitehart bar in the heart of Melbourne, Aus. 

He brought along his stunning Resor analog mixer, which added a warmth to each track we played. We covered a lot of ground on the night, playing a mix of genres from our combined record collections.

There's some mysterious skipping during the first 1-2 tracks and one needle skip towards the end of the set.

Seoul-based record collector and DJ, this versatile selector digs deep into sounds from across the globe, blending ‘80s and ‘90s-inspired Balearic, Boogie, RNB, and House into seamless, soulful journeys. His mixes have aired on respected stations like Radio TNP, Operator Radio, Amok Radio, Rocket Radio, EHFM, Pinata Radio, Sphere Radio, and Bangkok Community Radio, to name a few.

Under his edit-focused alias TUCAN DISCOS, he's gained global recognition with support from top DJs like Moxie, Paula Tape, H&S, and many more. His edits have been featured on international labels such as Bongosynth (Brazil), Les Yeux Orange (France), and Stereo Ferment (Canada), with more releases expected this year.

He’s played internationally at events like Radio TNP’s ADE party, Hotel 727 (Almaty), Call Me by Bad Time Disco (Hong Kong), Soma Summer (Moscow), Toytonics Jam (Berlin), and Wonderfruit (Bangkok). He also runs his own party series under the TUCAN DISCOS name, even booking Raphael Top Secret in 2019.

Outside the booth, he’s contributed as a writer and communicator for Discogs, connecting the Korean vinyl and underground scene with collectors around the world.
