Ste Essence has been involved in the music scene for over 20 years 1st playing to a full capacity club aged 15 at an event called Frequency at the dance factory in Digbeth. Since then he has been involved in many aspects of the industry from promoting & running evens to producing music and of course DJing. He has held residency's at Gatecrasher, Stupid Underground & classics night Back Once Again. He has also played at some other high profile events and festivals like Bloc Festival Eclectricity, We Love & Flashback and in house promotions at the custard factory with artists such as Sander Kleinenberg & 2manyDJ's to name a few. Other artists he has supported include the likes of D.Ramirez, Riton, Laidback Luke, Paul Oakenfold, Carl Cox, Ratpack, Slipmatt, Pendulum, Ms Dynamite, Professor Green, Mistajam and loads more. 

Since summer 2015 Ste has concentrated more on music production. He has been signed to Fidget Music and had several releases on the label, with his covers "Seek Bromance"  featuring Vicky Jackson making it to number 6 on the music week upfront club charts & My One Temptation with Sheena McHugh from "The Voice" reaching number 4 on the music week upfront club chart. His remix of Corona's "Rhythm of the Night" made it to number 1 in the Hypeddit house charts sitting there for weeks but his tracks regularly hit the top 5. He has also has tracks released on labels such as Kidology, 418 Music & Carrillo music 1 of which made it to number 3 in the U.S Billboard dance charts.
His music has been supported by Artists such as James Hype, Lucas & Steve, Tough Love, Freejak, Judge Jules, John Gibbons, Paul Morrell, Tommy MC, Glen Horsborough, Stuart Ojelay, Tim Nilsson, Damon Hess, Justin Wilkes, Nicole Moudaber, Stonebridge, Mark Knight, Sander Kleinenberg, Graham Gold, Jim Shaft Ryan, slam & many many more. He has also been heard across radio stations like, Kiss FM, 1xtra, Gaydio, Electric, DanceRadioUK, Switch FM, BBC introducing, React radio, LDNFM, Groove Flow radio, BPM California, Capital FM amongst many others.
