100 years have passed since the ending of World War 1. This music marks the hour that the guns fell silent. It features an instrument that you seldom hear these days the Fluegal Horn. It has been written with sincerity and reverence  for all those who lost their lives from all nationalities. . This the first of two pieces of music written by me for this occasion. This also applies to many other conflicts Worldwide.

Thanks to one of my valued SC friends @naturesautonomus , i encouraged myself and took all what it takes and signed the online producing course with Andrew Huang on this learnmonthly.com site.

Very tight deadlines to meet and alot of new stuff to learn. I really recommend it! Its exhausting but sooo worth it.

This is the first out of three tracks which i have to produce while doing this course. I hope you enjoy it as much as i "enjoyed" going for a very crazy alien invasion listening experience.

You can think of it in many different ways, but the main idea behind that, which kinda evolved during this brand new production and arranging and mixing and mastering process, is, that the aliens kinda funk their way from one capital to the next and just erase us. 

The peak in the song where the crazy additional synth joins the fun - you kinda want to imagine all those little nasty aliens up in the ship celebrating their desctructive hovering "march" to erase all humankind. Ain't that fun?! Haha!

Invasion

Andrew Huangs learnmonthly Song #2. This thing pushed me to a place where i never thought i might end up. Recording dozens of samples, slicing, eqing, manipulating stuff in various directions, going full crazy with delay reverb, building out of the scratch a synth patch for base and chords and tweaked up to a point where the stereo field does not longer exist , where there were just sonic waves everywhere in my head......

I really hope you enjoy this piece more than the moments where i felt so dead and exhausted and empty inside.

As this being some kind of private work - i called it homework, as i took this baby from home, where i recorded the samples, on my fiances laptop in to my holidays. built like crazy while we were on vacation...... but again... i learned so much like mastering my daw more and more and tons of other stuff. im still thankful that i push myself so hard this month. for me, for you, just for the love of and for music <3

-took me *10 hours to slice, eq and categorize
-mostly recorded kitchen stuff, about 80-90% 
-wasted 3 nights going too big with too many rythm variations , cried,                           dumped the old sh#t and started over (funny how pressured creativity works..)
-aged drastically during this #2 project
-big cred and thanks to the love of my life for supporting as well as serving gallons of tea to ease my exhausted mind and body

So.... finally.... this is it. Andrew Huang's #3. I never thought that i will be able to finish it...... The process for this one is really best to be described as "from HATE to epic FATE".

Number three even destroyed once more the way of how i "usually" and "naturally" proceed with things and do them, when it comes to creating and assembling musical structures. Especially, when there is a "vision" in adding vocals, or even go for a vocal track. I realized, that i did it not exactly, as shown and to be the applied method for this one, as presented in the course. Classic songwriting process from A - Z. Damn you!!!

As the timeline came closer and closer..... i found myself struggling so hard, but still was able , they kinda encouraged us to deliver whatever is ready at that point, to drop a final structure with all the basic core elements as raw as any "diamond" could be, mined deep under the surface in dark caverns....

Then the real struggle began. Course was over, but not this unfinished piece and my natural extremism, which did not allow me to leave it just as it is. At a certain progress you decide - trash it or do it for the sake of learning and finish that damn project! Then i recalled (hehe), and remembered a quote Andrew dropped at a certain stage in the course, which says like "to do something you like, you have to do alot of stuff you dont like".

Keeping this in mind, i took a short break to relax myself and get rid of the pressure -> course over, deadline ended anyway , so why go mad bro? Then the thing developed. I found myself being able to go more and more in the direction i imagined and went down to the rabbit-hole-like tunnel, dug up some more diamonds, back onto the surface, and then processing and grinding and shaping, until they meet the quality you want to have in your jewelry. 

No detailed numbers this time but again, big cred to my fiance for being so supportive and sustaining my sanity, while i still went full psycho mode on this one - but i had to, like for me, personally, this finished song number three is the overall end of this course and the way i shape msyself into music making and trying to make it as entertaining as possible. 

Money is not what I'm after, as this is my hobby, my other love in life, and even if you just don't like stuff sometimes , yet you love it deeply and it deserves that you seriously take care of it....... so here it is... i hope it is a good listen to you - enjoy this little space drama! ;o

Really can't tell what happened. It seems like being at the place with my parents in law unlocks specific regions in my brain. Together with the fact, that i am always dreaming the weirdest stuff you can imagine, it gave me a blast from another dimension.

I dont know if you have seen the movie "Event Horizon" yet, so please note, that there is a certain SPOILER in the text now. #### SPOILER#### I always loved this movie and no matter how many times i watch it, it still gives me the same kind of creeps when i see it. My absolute most exciting scene is when Dr. appears again with no damn eyes in his eyeholes..... 

The male protagonist, played by Lawrence Fishburn asks then, fully in the  unbelievable expression of like there are no fking eyes... "Oh my god, what happened to your eyes"  being answered with this absolute horrible sentence :"Where we're going, you wont need eyes to see".

With this mindset, i created this song, and i am honest with you, i did not because of Halloween, i was never a big fan of it, as it is not really a local tradition here in Austria, but.... lucky coincidence.... it totally fits into this foggy and wet and dark days as well as helps me to get rid of the unspeakable stuff which sometimes happens to occur up in my gray matter.

With these words... i just hope you are able to actually "enjoy" this absolute horrible peace of "music"..... have fun and to those who celebrate -> Happy Halloween!!! <3

This a collaboration with the great TexMex Shaman. It has awesome guitars, 808 bass and spooky lyrics. Perfect for a Halloween 2020 release. I mixed and produced this one, even got to play some Les Paul, and TexMex Shaman added the unmistakable lead guitar. His solo/breakdown in the middle still gives me goose bumps! Enjoy!

In a state where he is highly working on his physical and mental skills and trying to pretty much live at fullest in the present day, there is still this longing back for and into the 80s, influencing his actions ...

One fateful day, there is this one paper ad, this one thing, which changes ... everything!

Well. Finally!

I am really proud to be able to present this little nasty piece to you. This has several reasons... i have to face some kind of... lets call it "depression", right now (corona fuckedupness...). Low battery status and find it hard to work on any music these days.... and that makes me sad, because there is so much in the pipe, and as mentioned in my profile -> 2021 will be the big Collab-Year! Yes!  So down to it and i will be doing nasty stuff with some of you amazing talented Artists out there... this makes me thrilled about what to come!

While i worked on the last little mix-adaptions and overall master of my album "1981", we managed, during a short period around X-Mas, to visit my parents in law place and "celebrated" the christmas days. It really felt not so good and right, due to the rona crisis and the general lockdown with loosened restrictions just for the public holidays sake....

I took my newly self-gifted arturia microfreak with me and was highly motivated and inspired by the https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q1PRTg1DRbQ 4 producers 1 synth Andrew Huang video series... with a FAT Lineup of Artists : Rachel K Collier, Red Means Recording, Cuckoo and yeah , Andrew Huang...

After i saw that video i asked my girlfriend and fiance, which i had promised not to buy me another gear this year, if i was allowed to x-mas present myself with this thing and she , ALWAYS so supportive, agreed that i NEED it, sure! LOL.... So i took my travel-setup with me and was sitting in my beloved corner in our little flat at my parents in laws place.... and 80% of the piece was pretty much done when we drove back to our place. 

Still inspired by the magic composing energy i experience there, everytime, i finished the track within the next two days, but really felt not like uploading it. I had to wrap up the Album and decided, that i will drop it by the end of january, early february... and yeah. here it is.

I also want to take the opportunity and thank not only ALL you wonderful artists out there which i have discovered so far... i also want to shout out , that this piece, along with the 4 producers 1 synth video, is heavily influenced by listening to my alltime favorites:
